The account opening process is an important and detailed part of the development of the relationship between ourselves and our customers. Of particular importance is the requirement by our Regulator that we should categorise our customer correctly to take account of their investment experience, financial status, corporate structure and service requirements. As a result we strongly recommend potential customers speak with our Compliance Department. Please call Compliance on 020 7716 8044 or email accountopening@admisi.com.
ADM Connect is our easy to use, secure online application where customers can view their ADM account information including a trade blotter that details all current day activity. Connect can also provide reports in a format that can be uploaded to our clients own internal systems.
We produce a monthly strategy publication, and a monthly technical foreign exchange report, both of which are available on this website, by email and in hard copy. Many of the service desks produce their own daily reports of different kinds
We never underestimate the importance of intensive risk management for all our customers and their positions, and back up all our sales areas with a fully independent capability. Not only do we operate on a real-time basis, to help minimize customers’ exposures, we also proactively analyze ‘what if’ scenarios by stress testing all portfolios. We evaluate worse case scenarios to advise and implement controls. With most of the exchanges being electronically traded, all our electronic trading platforms are pre-trade risk managed. Risk management is a key priority.
We take our regulatory responsibilities very seriously and full conformity with both the spirit and the letter of the regulations governing our industry is a priority. We are regulated by The Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, and are subject to the rules and regulations of the different markets, exchanges and clearing houses in which we do business. We perform all the necessary due diligence for account opening, conforming to both FSA and MIFID requirements, as well as undertaking the appropriate transaction reporting and monitoring. The department has complete independence and autonomy.
